Absolutely! You can switch between Free, Basic, Growth, and Professional plans whenever you need. If your store is growing fast or you're planning a big marketing campaign, you can upgrade instantly to ensure your customers never miss a try-on.

Once you reach your limit, the "Try-On" button will simply be hidden from your product pages until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We will notify you via email when you are close to your limit so you can maintain a seamless experience for your shoppers.

Veyo is designed to be a lead generation machine. You can set it up so that users are prompted to enter their email address to see their try-on result or to receive a special discount code. These emails are collected in your Veyo dashboard and can be synced with your Shopify Customers list.

The Growth and Professional plans unlock powerful automation. You can integrate directly with Klaviyo to trigger personalized email flows based on try-on behavior and use Shopify Flow to automate complex tasks, such as tagging high-intent customers or sending internal alerts.

No. All our plans are billed on a 30-day recurring basis through Shopify's secure billing system. You can cancel at any time through your Shopify admin panel without any hidden fees.
